There was a fork in the course at one point. Powerade in plastic cups? Really Disney?! How am I supposed to run and drink when I can't pinch the cup into a funnel? This was my 8th marathon, and I have never seen plastic cups.Ģ. An abundance of water/Powerade stations and first aid stations.ġ. The high was upper 70s - lower 80s that day. Once the sun came up, it started to get hot. Even though 5am is an early start, I understand why Disney does that. However, there were a few things that could have made it better.ġ. Overall, I had a great experience at the Walt Disney World marathon. Not a bad race, but could be better (about: 2022) I have run this marathon, and I want to add my comments about it.
